Our Story (short & cute version)
There once was a celiac catching a flight,
But her special food order wasn’t entered quite right.
With minutes to spare, she rushed shop after shop—
No gluten-free meals, but plenty of sweaters & tops.
So weary and hungry, she sank into her seat,
And murmured, “Today I have lost… but I won’t know defeat.”
With no safe little sandwich or snack in her sight,
On that twelve-hour journey, Défariné found its first light.
